Registration is Open!

Registration for YMUNT XII, held in March of 2026, is now open and can be accomplished using the link to our Registration Platform below. To secure your spot and gain priority status for country and committee assignments, we encourage all delegations to register as soon as possible.

The first 350 registered and paid delegates will be guaranteed a spot at our conference, after which a waiting list will open. Registration officially closes on January 15th, 2026.

Delegations that have registered for YMUNT XII can also use the Registration Platform to view and edit their registration information, as well as see information regarding forms and fees.


Registration Guide

Registration guides for YMUNT XII will be released shortly, in both English and Mandarin.


Key Information:

  • Delegates between grades 8-12 and students on a gap year before University are welcome to register. We welcome delegations of all sizes, including individual delegates, and encourage large schools to bring delegates of all levels. All attending delegates must be over the age of 13 by March 13th, 2026.

    1. Click on the “Register Here!” button above on this page to go to our registration platform.

    2. You will be brought to a login page for YMUNT. Click the “Sign Up” button underneath “Need an account?” at the bottom of the page.

    3. Under “Delegation Info,” fill in your Delegation Name and School/Organization/Residence address. This information can be edited later under the “Delegation Info” tab of the platform.

    4. Under “Primary Contact Information,” write you/your Primary Advisor’s information for Primary Contact Name, Email, and Phone. All pertinent information about registration and the conference will be sent to the Primary Contact Email address.

      1. Set and confirm your password. You will use the Primary Contact Email and Password to log in to the registration platform.

    5. Under “Delegation Size,” write the number of delegates and advisors who will be attending.

    6. Click submit, and wait for a confirmation email titled “Welcome to YMUNT XII!”.

    7. The next time you log into the registration platform, you will be able to see tabs for contact information, forms, conference fees, financial aid , and more. Please review these tabs thoroughly, following all instructions for the submission of payments, forms, and financial aid applications.

    December 15th, 2025: Assured YMUNT Scholaship Application Closes

    January 15th, 2026: Regular Registration Ends & All Payments due

    January 25th, 2026: First cohort of Assured YMUNT Scholars Announced

    January 31st, 2026: Delegate Liability Forms and Financial Aid Application Due

  • Regular Registration Fees*:

    $165 per delegate

    $35 per advisor

    While YMUNT XII is not offering discount rates this year, we’re proud to have decreased the registration fee for all delegates by $10 compared to last year’s price.

    The total fee for your delegation will be calculated automatically by our registration platform. Delegations can pay online via credit card, or through check or wire transfer by contacting our Under-Secretary-Generals of Delegations at tw.delegations@ymunt.org (for Taiwan delegations, Wilson Jang) or intl.delegations@ymunt.org (for international delegations, Pia Sitaca).

    Please Note: Food and accommodation are not included in the registration fee and will not be provided.

  • Please note that the below refunds do not cover the 4.4% non-refundable Stripe processing fee.

    by December 15th, 2025: 100% refund

    by January 15th, 2026: 50% refund

    After January 15th, 2026: no refund

  • Due to Yale Risk Management policies, all delegates under the age of 18 must have an advisor. The advisor must be present for check-in on day 1 of the conference. Any adult over the age of 18 can serve as an advisor, including parents, siblings, and older classmates.
