Online Training Program

Our program, which runs on the interactive educational website Thinkific, equips delegates with research and public speaking skills and teaches our streamlined YMUNT procedure. Our directors will directly engage with delegates through videos and interactive assignments, all while tracking delegates' progress and providing feedback to ensure an invigorating conference experience.

Director Drop-In Hours

Connect with the director of your committee before the conference even starts! In February and early March, all of our directors will be hosting optional drop-in hours on Zoom. These drop-in hours will begin with a Rules of Procedure refresher (tailored to each committee’s structure) to ensure delegates arrive to YMUNT XI prepared. Later, there will be time for delegates to get to know their director, ask questions, and meet fellow delegates. Delegates should try to attend their committee director’s drop-in hour for committee specific questions, but should also feel free to attend any others, especially for bilingual delegates who may have questions in languages other than English.
