Please note that a registration will only be considered complete and processed once the full registration payment is received. Spots will be filled and Country & Committee preferences will be honored in the order in which full registration payment is received.


Registration Guide


Key Information:

  • Delegates between grades 8-12 and students on a gap year before University are welcome to register. We welcome delegations of all sizes, including individual delegates, and encourage large schools to bring delegates of all levels.

    1. Click on the “Register Here” button on this page to go to our registration platform.

    2. You will be brought to a login page for YMUNT. Click the “Sign Up” button underneath “Need an account?” at the bottom of the page.

    3. Under “Delegation Info,” fill in your Delegation Name and School/Organization/Residence address. This information can be edited later under the “Delegation Info” tab of the platform.

    4. Under “Delegation Type”, select the option of Legacy, Returning, or New Delegation as described in the prompt.

    5. Under “Primary Contact Information,” write you/your Primary Advisor’s information for Primary Contact Name, Email, and Phone. All pertinent information about registration and the conference will be sent to the Primary Contact Email address.

      1. Set and confirm your password. You will use the Primary Contact Email and Password to log in to the registration platform.

    6. Under “Delegation Size,” write the number of delegates and advisors who will be attending.

    7. Click submit, and wait for a confirmation email titled “Welcome to YMUNT XI!”.

  • October 15th, 2024: Registration Opens

    January 15th, 2025: Regular Registration Ends & All Payments due (Late Registration Fees now apply)

    January 31st, 2025: Financial Aid Forms Due

    February 15th, 2025: Late Registration Closes

    *Please contact tw.delegations@ymunt.org (for Taiwan delegations) or intl.delegations@ymunt.org (for international delegations) for payment deadline extensions under the circumstances of check or wire transfer payments.

  • Regular Registration Fees*:

    $175 per delegate

    $35 per advisor

    Late Registration Fees:

    $200 per delegate

    $50 per advisor

    Delegations can pay online via credit card, or through check or wire transfer by contacting our Under-Secretary-Generals of Delegations at tw.delegations@ymunt.org (for Taiwan delegations, Jacob Liao) or intl.delegations@ymunt.org (for international delegations, Taee Chi).

    *Please Note: Food and accommodation are not included in the registration fee and will not be provided.

    • Returning Delegation: A delegation that has attended YMUN Taiwan in one of the following iterations: YMUNT VIII (2022), IX (2023), and/or X (2024).

      Legacy Delegation: A delegation that has previously attended YMUN Taiwan, but not since COVID-19 (YMUNT VII (2020) or prior).

    • New Delegation: A delegation that has never attended YMUNT before and that contains less than 20% of delegates who have previously attended YMUN Taiwan.

  • All new delegations are eligible for a 15% discount on their delegate registration fees.

    Enter your information as usual during registration and select if you are a new or legacy delegation when prompted. Our Under-Secretary-Generals will be in touch after you complete registration regarding your discount eligibility.


    New delegations are defined as delegations which are not affiliated with a school/organization that has previously attended YMUNT, and which contain less than 20% of delegates that have previously attended YMUNT.

  • Please note that the below refunds do not cover the 4.4% non-refundable Stripe processing fee.

    by December 15th, 2024: 100% refund

    by January 15th, 2024: 50% refund

    After January 15th, 2025: no refund

  • Please note that, due to Yale Risk Management policies, all delegates under the age of 18 must have an advisor. The advisor must be present for check-in on day 1 of the conference. Any adult over the age of 18 can serve as an advisor, including parents and siblings.
