Join the YMUNT XII team!

YMUNT is organized in cooperation with high school students from all over the world. We are looking for students who are enthusiastic about being a part of our team, have a genuine interest in our conference and its educational mission, and are passionate about creating and participating in a safe conference culture. Ideal applicants will have strong MUN experience, stellar communication and organizational skills, and creativity and enthusiasm. 

Assistant Director (AD)

We are looking for passionate high school students to serve as ADs for YMUNT XI. ADs will work closely with Committee Directors from Yale to review delegate position papers, direct debate during committee, and mentor delegates throughout the conference. ADs will be asked to chair, with their Director’s guidance, during the conference. All ADs will need to be present in-person for the conference held March 13-15, 2026, as well as for a few hours of in-person setup on March 12.

Assistant secretary-General (ASG)

In addition to our team of Assistant Directors, we will continue to host our Assistant-Secretary-General program, welcoming four students to help out with conference operations under one of three departments: Operations, Outreach, and Delegations.`All ASG applicants must formerly have served as an Assistant Director.
